I help executives envision the next phase of their business or organization, and then create a plan and accountability structure to get there.
I help executives find greater enjoyment and pride in the work they do, which links directly to bottom line results and success.
In addition to working with executive clients in my private practice I also contract with Solstice Coaching and Consulting, a company that provides coaching to top executives in companies around North America and the UK.
