Coaching for Executives

I work with leaders and top executives in both for-profit companies and non-profits interested in increasing productivity by:

  • Creating a positive office culture
  • Managing employee and collegial relationships
  • Strengthening leadership skills
  • Making tough decisions
  • Improving team function
  • Addressing time management issues
  • Crafting effective strategies for work/life balance

I help executives create the culture and professional relationships needed to retain and grow successful and productive employees, and manage competition and conflict, while leading from a position of strength and confidence rather than fear or defensiveness.

I help executives envision the next phase of their business or organization, and then create a plan and accountability structure to get there.

I help executives find greater enjoyment and pride in the work they do, which links directly to bottom line results and success.

In addition to working with executive clients in my private practice I also contract with Solstice Coaching and Consulting, a company that provides coaching to top executives in companies around North America and the UK.

I wanted to let you know that my experience over the course of 20 months in working with Judy Elkin was INCREDIBLE!! The best way to describe it is to say that I had my own personal advocate. An advocate during a time when I needed (and received) personal growth in order to be a better manager/leader/human being; a time when changes in leadership, culture and my own position came quicker than anyone expected. Judy was kind and gentle, but also challenging. She took me “where I was” and helped me to grow. I truly appreciate what this coaching has meant to me, and how it continues to enhance my life. Thank you for your wisdom in pairing me with her for coaching.

Getting Started: I ask executive clients to complete this questionnaire before our first meeting.  Looking at it now can give you a sense of the kind of work we’d be doing together.
